Join any or all of the 4 group fitness classes from 4 different local fitness facilities! All classes are FREE and open to anyone wanting to participate. Learn from some of Missoula's finest instructors, who are trained to meet participants where they are at and offer modifications as needed. All classes will require breathable, flexible clothing and water bottles are encourage!

MontanaFit

Class: Strength
Time: 12:00-12:50 PM
Instructor: Ian Marshall
What to bring: Water, mat, light-weight breathable clothing

Join MontanaFit for a Strength-Focused Total Body session. This class will use a combination of bodyweight, dumbbell, and kettlebell exercises to get you a well-rounded workout and leave you feeling great!

SHiNE Dance Fitness

Class: SHiNE
Time: 1:00-1:50 PM

Instructor: Teresa Williams
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, comfortable tennis shoes

SHiNE Dance Fitness is a cardio dance workout class where qualified instructors lead participants in fun, easy to follow dance routines choreographed to chart topping music. SHiNE is for everyone, no experience necessary. Choose your level of intensity! Instructors provide modifications and low impact options throughout the class. You've never had so much fun working out!

Pilates Missoula

Class: Pilates
Time: 2:00-2:50 pm

Instructor: Leyla Eraybar
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, yoga mat

Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance. This class (inspired by yoga, ballet, and calisthenics) will help improve posture and body awareness.

Ritual Yoga Missoula

Class: All Levels Flow
Time: 3:00-3:50 pm

Instructor: Katlyn Thompson
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, yoga mat

Vinyasa is rooted in the traditional philosophy of yoga, incorporating not just the physical postures but also mindfulness, breath control, and meditation. These All Levels flow classes are vinyasa based with an opportunity to explore creative dynamic transitions to strengthen and stretch your mind and body.
